Arrival by subway (station: main station):

Get off at the stop "Hauptbahnhof" (main station). Take the exit to the "Klett-Passage". There, use the exit to Lautenschlagerstraße. When you are above ground through using the escalator, follow the Lautenschlagerstraße to the intersection Lautenschlager- / Kronenstraße. Turn right into Kronenstraße until the next intersection (Friedrichstraße / Kronenstraße) and cross Friedrichstraße at the traffic lights. After crossing the street, follow Friedrichstraße to the left and finally, at the first opportunity, turn right into Geschwister-Scholl-Straße.

Arrival by underground (from station: main station/Arnulf-Klett-Platz):

Take the U9 in the direction of Vogelrain or the U14 in the direction of Heslach / Vogelrain. Get off at the "Börsenplatz" stop (1st stop after Hauptbahnhof) and take the exit in the direction of Friedrichstraße. Take the escalator up and cross the Schellingstraße. Go straight along the Keplerstraße until you reach the two skyscrapers (KI and KII) of the University of Stuttgart on the left side. Opposite, on the right side of Keplerstraße, is the building Geschwister-Scholl-Straße 24 C.

Arrival by train:

Leave the main station (Hauptbahnhof) via the staircase exit to the left of the north exit. The north exit is at the right end of the station when you walk away from the platforms heading to the hall. Cross the street "Arnulf-Klett-Platz" in front of the main station hall and go straight into the Lautenschlagerstraße, which runs between the Hotel Graf Zeppelin and the restaurant Block House. Follow the Lautenschlagerstraße until the intersection Lautenschlager- / Kronenstraße. Turn right into Kronenstraße until the next intersection (Friedrichstraße / Kronenstraße) and cross Friedrichstraße at the traffic lights. Follow Friedrichstraße to the left and at the next opportunity turn right into Geschwister-Scholl-Straße.

Drive from the main train station (Arnulf-Klett-Platz) in the direction of Katharinenhospital and Lindenmuseum and turn left at the Hotel Rieker into Friedrichstraße (B 27).

Get in the right lane here. At the second opportunity, turn right into Geschwister-Scholl-Straße. Parking is available in the parking garage "City Garage" in the Geschwister-Scholl-Straße on the right side.

Please note:

Due to the increased traffic in the direction of Stuttgart city center you should calculate at least 15 minutes of traffic jam.

Please note that the university is located in the environmental zone Stuttgart. You therefore need a fine dust sticker if you are traveling by car. Further, the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg has passed a year-round traffic prohibition for all vehicles with diesel motors with the emission standard 4 / IV and lower in the environmental zone Stuttgart in January 2019.

The best way to get to the city from the airport is by public transport. The S-Bahn stop is exactly below the airport, signposted "S".

Buy a ticket for 3 zones at one of the orange ticket vending machines (labeled: VVS). Take the S-Bahn in the direction of the main station and disembark at the main station. From here, follow the directions we provide for arrival by subway in the section "arrival by public transport" above.

The building Geschwister-Scholl-Str. 24 C is directly opposite the skyscraper K II. Take the entrance on the corner Keplerstraße / Geschwister-Scholl-Straße (small parking place) to house C and take the stairs to the ground floor ("Erdgeschoss"). Enter the hallway and walk until you reach the "Service Point Stadtmitte" (blue doors). Ring the bell there. 

For an accessible entrance, please enter the building through house B and take the elevator to the "Zwischengeschoss" (ZG). Then turn right, entering house C's hallway there until you reach "Service Point Stadtmitte" (blue doors).
